Old Navy Black Friday 2026: Sale Dates, Deals and Returns

Old Navy Black Friday 2026 at a glance

Old Navy has not yet published the dates of its main Black Friday 2026 sale. On 1 November its US site carried the banner "Early Black Friday Deals from $8 + Extra 20% Off in App only", with exclusions. By 6 November that banner had gone, and the site showed a Friends & Family Event instead: 40% off everything and 50% off for Old Navy cardmembers, ending 11 November, with exclusions. Last year it ran from Monday 24 November to Cyber Monday, 1 December 2025.

The table below holds what Old Navy and its parent company, Gap Inc., have published on their own sites, read from a US server on 1 and 6 November 2026. Offers on oldnavy.gap.com change often, so each one carries its date.

Old Navy deals on now

These are the deals Old Navy's US site showed on 6 November 2026, with what it showed on 1 November. Old Navy changes them often, sometimes weekly, so check the banner on the day you shop.

• Friends & Family Event (6 November): 40% off everything, 50% off for Old Navy cardmembers, ending 11 November. Old Navy says exclusions apply but did not list them on the home page.
• App (6 November): an extra 15% off for app orders.
• Early Black Friday Deals from $8 (1 November): with an extra 20% off in the app only. This banner was no longer on the home page on 6 November.
• Today's Deals (1 November): "Gifts from $5", "Kids & Baby: Deals from $6", "Deals & Steals from $6", "$20 & Under Steals", women's jeans from $25 and all pajamas on sale from $10.
• Ended on 1 November: 50% off all sweaters and 50% off all coats and jackets. If you see those offers quoted elsewhere, they have finished.

Many shoppers look for Old Navy's Black Friday $5 pajama pants. That was not a 2026 offer when we checked on 1 November: the lowest pajama price Old Navy showed was from $10, and it had not announced its Black Friday doorbusters. We will add them when it does. When does the main Old Navy Black Friday sale start?

Old Navy has not announced it. Its Black Friday and Cyber Monday page still showed the 2025 text on 1 and 6 November: the 2025 sale started on Monday 24 November and ran "all the way through to Cyber Monday on December 1st", and the page's own FAQ said Cyber Monday deals started on Monday 1 December 2025.

So last year the Black Friday sale ran across the whole of Thanksgiving week rather than on one day. Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday 27 November, one calendar day earlier than in 2025. If Old Navy keeps last year's shape, its sale would start on the Monday of Thanksgiving week, 23 November 2026, but that is our reading of last year's pattern, not an announcement. Some coupon sites print predicted 2026 dates without a source; we will put Old Navy's own dates here when it publishes them.

Old Navy app, Encore rewards and Super Cash

Three Old Navy programmes change what you pay during Black Friday, and each has its own rules.

• The app: on 1 November the extra 20% off on Early Black Friday Deals was for app orders only; on 6 November the app offer was an extra 15% off.
• Encore rewards: Encore is the rewards programme for Gap Inc.'s brands. Old Navy's site gives rewards members free shipping on orders of $50 or more, and Encore members can use reward points on top of a Super Cash code. Some members also get longer return windows, covered in the returns section below.
• Super Cash: Old Navy's Super Cash page says that since 6 June 2026 all customers can earn and redeem Super Cash, and Encore membership is no longer needed.

Super Cash works in two steps, each in its own time window that Old Navy announces. During an earn period, each qualifying purchase of $25 or more earns one Super Cash code: by email within about 24 hours online, or on paper at the till. During the later redeem period, the code is worth $20 off a purchase of $50 to $99.99, $40 off $100 to $149.99, or $60 off $150 or more. The terms add some limits:

• One Super Cash coupon per transaction, and it cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions.
• Gift cards, shipping and taxes do not count towards the thresholds, which are worked out after other discounts.
• If you spend less than the threshold for the full value, you get the lower value and lose the rest.
• Super Cash is for Old Navy and Old Navy Outlet in the US and Puerto Rico only, not other Gap Inc. brands or clearance centres.

Old Navy's page did not show the current earn or redeem dates on 1 November, so we cannot say whether Black Friday purchases will earn Super Cash this year.

Is Old Navy open on Thanksgiving? Black Friday hours

Old Navy has not published its 2026 Thanksgiving or Black Friday hours. Its Black Friday page answers the hours question by pointing to each store's own page. Lists of Old Navy hours that rank in search today come from 2014 to 2019 articles and from spam pages, so they are not a guide to 2026.

Check your local store's page on oldnavy.gap.com in Thanksgiving week. Old Navy's website and app are the fallback if your store keeps shorter holiday hours.

Old Navy Cyber Monday 2026

Cyber Monday 2026 is Monday 30 November. Old Navy has not announced its Cyber Monday plans. Last year, its Black Friday sale ran through Cyber Monday itself, and its page said Cyber Monday deals started on Monday 1 December 2025. Returning Old Navy Black Friday buys

Gap Inc.'s return policy FAQ covers Old Navy as one of its brands, and Old Navy's store pages repeat the basics. The holiday window is the part that matters for gifts.

Old Navy also has a Kid's Guarantee: if girls' or boys' clothing or shoes have a manufacturing defect, such as holes, broken stitches or a zip that does not work, Old Navy refunds the price paid up to one year from purchase. Those returns must be made in an Old Navy or Old Navy Outlet store with the receipt or shipping confirmation, and the guarantee does not cover kids' accessories or damage from misuse. Old Navy in Canada

Canadian shoppers use a separate site, oldnavy.gapcanada.ca, with its own offers and Canadian prices. On 1 November it showed "Early Black Friday Deals From $10", an app-only extra 10% off that ran until 5 November, and free shipping for rewards members. The US terms above, including Super Cash, do not automatically apply in Canada. Our Old Navy Canada page lists the offers we hold for that store.
