The Good Guys Black Friday 2026 at a glance

The Good Guys Black Friday 2026 is on Friday 27 November. The Good Guys says its sale runs through that weekend and closes on Cyber Monday, 30 November, and that its kitchen appliance offers run throughout November. On 1 November its Black Friday page said deals were "coming soon", so no Black Friday prices are out yet. We will add each deal here, in A$, with the date we checked it.

The table holds only what The Good Guys has published on its own Australian pages, which we read on 1 November 2026.

When does The Good Guys Black Friday sale start and end?

The end date is clear. The start date depends on the category, and The Good Guys words each one differently:

• Kitchen appliances: offers run throughout November and finish with Cyber Monday on 30 November. The page names KitchenAid, Breville, Smeg and Ninja, across toasters, kettles, mixers and food processors.
• Technology: deals are on between Black Friday, Friday 27 November, and Cyber Monday, 30 November, "when the sale closes". The page names Lenovo, TP-Link and Samsung, across laptops, tablets, storage and networking.
• Fridges: the sale is "on the way", with 27 November for Black Friday and 30 November for Cyber Monday, which the page calls the last day of the sale.

So do not assume every category starts on the same day: kitchen offers can appear during November, while technology deals are tied to the Black Friday weekend. What every page agrees on is the close, Monday 30 November 2026. Some deal pages that still rank for these searches describe the 2025 sale, and its dates do not carry over to this year.

Black Friday is an American shopping day, but there is no Thanksgiving in Australia, so the sale here simply runs from Friday 27 November through the weekend to Cyber Monday. The Good Guys also points out that Click Frenzy is a different event, made up of four themed sales a year with a changing mix of retailers, so a Click Frenzy price is not a Black Friday one. The Good Guys Black Friday deals we have checked

None yet. On 1 November 2026, The Good Guys' Black Friday page and its kitchen, technology and fridge sale pages all said the deals were coming soon or on the way, and its catalogue guide said to "stay tuned" for each brand catalogue. Its everyday deals pages by category are live, but those prices are not labelled as Black Friday prices, so we do not list them here. When the Black Friday deals go live, we will add them below by category, in A$, with the date we read each one.

One line in The Good Guys' own website footer is worth reading before you judge any deal. It says discounts apply to the previous ticketed or advertised price before the offer, and that, because it negotiates, products "will likely have been sold below" that price before the offer. In plain words, the saving printed next to a price may be bigger than the saving against what people actually paid in recent weeks. TVs

TVs head The Good Guys' list of Black Friday categories, and its Black Friday page names Samsung, LG and Sony among the brands. No TV prices were out on 1 November. When they appear, compare the full model number, not just the screen size and series, because one TV range can include several versions with different panels and features.

Fridges and washing machines

The fridge sale page names LG, Hisense, Westinghouse and Fisher and Paykel, across French door, side by side, top mount and bottom mount fridges, plus freezers and wine fridges. The catalogue guide picks an LG 12kg front load washer from the coming LG catalogue, without a price. Before a big appliance goes in the cart, measure the space and the doorways on the way to it, and check delivery and removal options on the product page. Kitchen and coffee

This is the category that can start earliest, since The Good Guys says kitchen offers run throughout November. Besides the main catalogue, The Good Guys plans brand catalogues for Breville, Nespresso, and DeLonghi with Kenwood, covering coffee machines, grinders and stand mixers. Its guide names a Kenwood Go stand mixer and a Nutribullet Mega Pack 1000 Watts as picks, again without prices.

Laptops, phones and gaming

Technology deals run from 27 to 30 November. For Cyber Monday, The Good Guys says to watch phones, tablets, laptops, gaming gear, wearables, cameras and audio, and its catalogue guide lists a tech catalogue with Garmin, DJI, Insta360 and GoPro. When you compare laptops, match the processor, memory and storage as well as the model name, since one name can cover several configurations.

The Good Guys Cyber Monday 2026

Cyber Monday, Monday 30 November 2026, is the last day of The Good Guys' sale. Its Black Friday FAQ says the Cyber Monday deals "aren't locked in yet", and names the categories to watch: mobile phones, tablets, laptops, gaming gear, wearables, cameras and audio. Price Beat and the 30 Day Price Guarantee

The Good Guys has two price promises, and they work very differently.

Price Beat. In its Black Friday FAQ, The Good Guys says that if you find a lower advertised price elsewhere, it will beat it, online or over the phone. The full Price Beat terms were not on any page we could open on 1 November, so ask the store or the phone team how it applies to the item you want before you rely on it.

30 Day Price Guarantee. This one is narrower than its name suggests. It applies only if you buy Gold Service Extras in the same transaction as the product. Then, if the same brand and model is advertised at a lower price online by The Good Guys or an approved competitor within 30 days of your purchase, you can claim 120% of the difference as store credit. The conditions:

• The claim is made online, within 30 days of the purchase date.
• You must give evidence of the lower advertised price, including the date of the ad and the URL of the approved retailer's price.
• The Good Guys checks that the price is current and that the item is available for immediate sale and delivery.
• One claim per product, and the payout is store credit, not cash.

In a sale month this matters. If you buy in early November and the price drops on Black Friday, the guarantee only helps if you bought Gold Service Extras with the product. We did not read what Gold Service Extras costs, so weigh it on what it covers rather than buying it only for the price guarantee.

StoreCash, gift cards and promo codes

The Good Guys' Black Friday FAQ says you can use eligible gift cards, StoreCash rewards and valid coupon codes on products marked as Black Friday eligible, although some exclusions or brand restrictions may apply. Its 90 Day StoreCash scheme has its own rules, printed on the page:

• You sign up to 90 Day StoreCash and activate a Digital Wallet before you can earn.
• A qualifying purchase is needed, and the product must be delivered or collected within 60 days.
• StoreCash expires 90 days after it is issued, is for personal purchases only and comes with exclusions and purchase limits.
• Each StoreCash reward must be used in one transaction, with no change or credit for any unused balance.

The Good Guys had published no public Black Friday promo code on 1 November. It says newsletter subscribers can get sale alerts, exclusive coupon codes and new catalogues, with VIP previews before some events go public. You do not need an account to shop the sale, though an account lets you track an order. Any code we can confirm on The Good Guys' own site will be on our The Good Guys coupons page.

Refunds on Black Friday buys

Your rights come from the Australian Consumer Law, and they do not change because an item was on sale. The Queensland Office of Fair Trading puts the main points plainly:

• If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, and which one depends on whether the problem is major or minor.
• Signs saying "No refunds" or "No refunds or exchanges on sale items" are unlawful, because your guarantee rights still apply to faulty goods.
• A business does not have to give a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, so check the store's own returns policy.
• The guarantees have no fixed expiry date and can still apply after a store or maker's warranty has ended.

The Good Guys' "Refunds and Warranties, Understanding Your Rights" brochure sets out the minimum remedies it provides if you buy a faulty product, and it says these are intended to match your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in most cases. For a faulty item bought on its website, you raise a case online, and The Good Guys says it can arrange free return shipping if you do not want to take the item back to a store. For items bought in store, by phone or by chat, contact your local store; the help line is 1300 942 765. The pages we read do not set out a change of mind return window, so if you might change your mind about a gift, ask the store about its policy before you pay.

Consumer rights come from the Queensland Government's Office of Fair Trading page on refunds. We do not take deals from other coupon sites or from last year's deal lists, and we have not tested any product named here.
