Nordstrom Rack Black Friday 2026: Deals, Dates and Returns

Nordstrom Rack Black Friday 2026 at a glance

Nordstrom Rack Black Friday 2026 deals were already live when we checked Rack's site on 6 November 2026. The home page read "Black Friday Scores Up to 75% Off", naming UGG, AllSaints and rag & bone, with the note "Also in stores. While supplies last." Items across the site carried a "Black Friday Deal" tag. Rack had not published a start date, an end date or a Cyber Monday plan, but it had published its holiday return window and its shipping rules, which matter just as much for a holiday order.

The table shows what Rack's own pages said on 6 November 2026. Off-price stock moves fast, so treat any single price as a snapshot.

For other stores' dates, see our guide to when Black Friday 2026 starts at each store and our Black Friday 2026 deals page.

When does Nordstrom Rack's Black Friday sale start?

It has started. When we read nordstromrack.com on 6 November, the Black Friday deals were on the home page and in stores, and Rack's sale page was titled "Shop Black Friday & Clearance". When we read the same page on 1 November it still carried last season's questions and answers, which have since been taken down. Rack does not say which day in between the deals went live, so we give no start date.

Rack has not published an end date either. Its wording is "while supplies last", which is how off-price stores work: each item is on sale until it sells out, and new items are added. That makes the usual "wait for the big day" advice less reliable at Rack. If an item you want is in your size now, the risk of waiting is that it sells out, not just that the price changes.

Several deal sites print Rack Black Friday dates for 2026 as if they were confirmed. Those are guesses; Rack itself had not dated anything on 6 November. We check Rack's pages every two days and will add dates here if Rack publishes them. To judge whether a discount is real, see our guide on whether Black Friday deals are real.

Black Friday deals, Clear the Rack and flash events

Rack runs three kinds of sale at the same time, and they work differently.

Black Friday Deal tags

Items in the Black Friday event carry a "Black Friday Deal" label on the product listing. The headline is "up to 75% off", which is the deepest cut, not the usual one: on 6 November, the tagged items we looked at ranged from about 23% to 64% off Rack's compare-at prices. The tags covered clothing, shoes, kids' items and sleepwear as well as UGG.

UGG and boots

UGG leads Rack's Black Friday banner, and several UGG styles were tagged as Black Friday deals on 6 November. These are the prices Rack showed that day; stock and sizes change daily.

The compare-at price is the figure Rack sets beside each item. If you want a particular UGG style, compare it with the price at the full-price stores before you buy, because the size and colour you need may not be in the Rack deal.

Clear the Rack

Clear the Rack is Rack's clearance event. On 6 November it gave an extra 25% off clearance items, "for a total savings up to 75% off", online and in stores. The catch is in Rack's own words: "All sales final." Rack's return policy says returns and exchanges cannot be made on Final Sale items, so a clearance buy cannot come back, even in the holiday return window. Buy clearance only when you are sure of the size and fit.

Flash events

Rack also runs short brand events, each with its own "up to" discount and an end date shown on the event, often only a few days away. On 6 November there were brand events in clothing, handbags and luggage, and holiday sections such as a gift shop at up to 60% off and holiday occasion styles at up to 65% off. Because the brands change every few days, we do not list them here; look at "Today's Flash Events" on Rack's home page.

Nordy Club, card perks and promo codes

Many people search for a Nordstrom Rack Black Friday promo code. Rack does not run public codes the way many stores do. Its codes are usually member offers with a short date range. For example, Rack's Black Friday page showed "THANKS20" on 1 November: a one-time 20% off for members of The Nordy Club, Nordstrom's rewards programme, through 3 November. That code has ended, and no member code was shown on 6 November.

The perks Rack listed on 6 November were tied to the Nordstrom credit card and The Nordy Club:

• $40 off your next purchase when you are approved for a new Nordstrom credit card;
• 5% off every Rack purchase when you pay with a Nordstrom credit card, with terms;
• $10 off during your birthday month for Nordy Club members, used once.

A store card is a credit product, so it is worth opening only if you would want the card anyway. Treat any "Rack promo code" on a code site with care, and check it against what Rack itself shows.

Is Nordstrom Rack open on Thanksgiving? Black Friday hours

Nordstrom Rack had not published its 2026 Thanksgiving or Black Friday hours when we checked on 6 November. Hours are set store by store, and the hours lists that show up in search are from 2019 and earlier, or come from unreliable pages. Check your store's page in Rack's store locator in Thanksgiving week; Thanksgiving is Thursday 26 November and Black Friday is Friday 27 November.

The deals are not only in stores: nordstromrack.com and the Rack app carry them too, so you do not have to be at a store when it opens. If you would rather collect in person, Rack's buy online, pick up in store service says orders are ready in 4 hours, and Rack holds a pickup order for 5 days.

Shipping, pickup and holiday returns

These rules come from Rack's shipping and return policy page and its home page, read on 6 November 2026.

The holiday window means a Black Friday gift bought in late November can still go back in mid-January, as long as it is not Final Sale. The cheapest way to return is in store, because a mailed return costs $9.95 per label. If you will be close to the $89 free shipping line, it can be worth adding an item you need rather than paying $9.95 to ship. How other big stores handle holiday returns and price drops is in our Black Friday returns and price matching guide.

Nordstrom Rack vs Nordstrom

Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom share a parent company, a credit card and The Nordy Club, but they are different stores with different sales. Rack is the off-price store at nordstromrack.com; Nordstrom is the department store at nordstrom.com. On 6 November, Nordstrom was running its own Early Black Friday Sale through 11 November, while Rack had its Black Friday deals of up to 75% off. Nordstrom's promotion terms also say some Nordstrom offers are not valid at Rack stores, the Rack app or NordstromRack.com.

The return rules differ too: Rack has a 40-day window plus the holiday extension, while Nordstrom's policy has no time limit, with exceptions. Rack stores take returns of eligible Nordstrom items, except fine jewelry and designer items. We cover Nordstrom's own dates and rules in our Nordstrom Black Friday guide.

Nordstrom Rack Cyber Monday 2026

Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November 2026. Rack had published nothing about Cyber Monday on 6 November: no dates, no event name and no discounts. Because Rack's Black Friday deals have no end date, some of them may still be running on Cyber Monday, but Rack has not said so. We will add Rack's Cyber Monday plans here when it publishes them. Other stores' Cyber Monday offers are on our Cyber Monday deals page.

How we check this page

Every offer, price and rule on this page comes from Nordstrom Rack's own website, read on 6 November 2026: the home page, the Black Friday and clearance page, and the shipping and return policy page. The THANKS20 example comes from Rack's Black Friday page as read on 1 November 2026. Nordstrom's facts come from nordstrom.com, read the same day. Rack's holiday media page and Nordstrom's press site refused our tools, so neither is used, and we do not use other sites' guesses about Rack's dates. We will check Rack's pages every two days and update this guide when Rack publishes dates, Cyber Monday plans or holiday hours. All our Black Friday guides are in the Black Friday hub. This guide is written by the SavingArena Editorial Team.
