Black Friday Grill Deals 2026: Griddles, Pellet, Smokers

Grill deals published so far

Black Friday grill deals for 2026 are thin on the ground in early November, because most grill brands save their big sales for spring and summer. One retailer has published a full list: Academy Sports + Outdoors, whose Black Friday page for grills and smokers showed the prices below when we read it on 1 November 2026. Black Friday itself is Friday 27 November.

Academy's page says the deals last while supplies last and gives no end date, so prices can change from one day to the next. It also offers free assembly on grills when you pick up in store. Lowe's has a grill perk for members this November (below), and the brands' own sites are covered further down. Offers from all the stores we track are on our Black Friday deals page.

Blackstone and flat-top griddle deals

Blackstone is the name most people search for at this time of year, and on 1 November the 2026 Blackstone prices we could find were all at Academy: the 36 in. 4 Burner Omnivore at $399.99, the 28 in XL 3-Burner Omnivore at $329.99 and the Original 28 in XL with a removable hard top and side shelf at $249.99. Blackstone's own website showed no Black Friday or sale banner the same day. Our Blackstone page lists the offers we hold for its own store.

Griddle sizes

Blackstone sells griddles in several widths, from portable 17 and 22 inch models up to 28 and 36 inch backyard models. More width usually means more burners: Academy's list has a 3-burner 28 inch and a 4-burner 36 inch. Before you compare prices, compare the same width and burner count, and check whether the deal includes a lid or hard top, side shelves and a cover, because those are often sold separately.

Pellet grills and smokers

Pit Boss has the most published pellet grill prices so far, again at Academy. The Navigator 1000 shows the largest cut, $599.99 against a regular $999.99. The 850 Competition Series and the 700FB1 show smaller savings of $40 and $50, and the Gen 2 Vertical 5 pellet smoker is $499.99 against $569.99. Pit Boss's own website showed no Black Friday offer on 1 November; our Pit Boss page lists its store's current offers.

Traeger has not published a Black Friday sale on its own site. The one Traeger offer we found is at Lowe's: its holiday announcement says that in November, MyLowe's Rewards members get early access to new Traeger grills and accessories on Lowes.com and can activate to earn 3X points on eligible Traeger purchases. Lowe's gives no prices for that perk. Our Lowe's Black Friday guide has the store's full calendar, including its 12 Days of Deals from 16 November.

Two other pellet brands showed sales that were not Black Friday sales. Z Grills ran a "Better Than Black Friday" Halloween flash sale that ended on 1 November. Camp Chef had items marked 25% and 40% off without calling them Black Friday deals.

Pellet grill or vertical smoker?

Both burn wood pellets and both can smoke. A pellet grill is a horizontal cooker with a lid, built to grill, roast and smoke. A vertical smoker stacks several racks in a cabinet, which gives more room for low-and-slow smoking in a smaller footprint but is less handy for grilling. When you compare deals, look at the cooking area and the hopper capacity each brand lists, and at whether the model has Wi-Fi control, which some buyers want and others pay for without using.

Gas and charcoal grills

The cheapest published grills this season are Academy's own Outdoor Gourmet models: a 2-burner gas grill and the Wrangler charcoal grill, both $99.99 against a regular $129.99. We could not read Weber's site, which showed a bot check to our research tools, and Char-Broil's and Oklahoma Joe's home pages had no Black Friday offer on 1 November.

Propane or natural gas

Many gas grills come in a propane version and a natural gas version, and they are not the same product. Check which one a deal is for before you buy, because a propane grill on sale is no use if you want to run it from a gas line. If you plan to switch fuels later, follow the maker's instructions and its conversion kit rather than adapting a grill yourself.

Kamado, pizza ovens and portable grills

Kamado and pizza oven brands had offers on 1 November, but none of them called them Black Friday deals:

• Ooni had a "price drop" oven sale, saying "Save up to $150", a free gift with the Volt 2, and 20% off a new oven or mixer through its Ooni Upgrade Program for existing owners.
• Big Green Egg sells through local dealers, which fulfil online orders. Its last promotion, a $50 promotional gift card with a Chiminea, ran through 30 October, so ask your dealer what it offers in November.
• Kamado Joe had a sale section on its site but no Black Friday announcement.
• Solo Stove, which makes portable fire pits and pizza ovens, did not open for our research tools, so we cannot confirm its offers.

Indoor grills and electric griddles

If you want to grill indoors, the offers are small so far. Hamilton Beach listed its Steak Lover's Indoor Grill, which has a 100 square inch nonstick cooking surface, under a "Pre-Black Friday Blitz" with $30 off on 1 November. The extra 15% sitewide code that went with it ended that day. We found no electric griddle or electric smoker with a Black Friday price on the sites we could read.

For indoor grills, check the size of the plates, whether they come off for washing, and how the maker says to use the grill to keep smoke down. Air fryers, slow cookers and other countertop appliances have their own guide, which we will link here when it is live.

Brands that have not announced yet

On 1 November 2026 these grill brands had published no Black Friday sale on the pages we could read. We will add their offers when they appear.

Assembly, delivery, covers and warranties

The sticker price is only part of the cost of a grill. Before you buy, check these:

• Assembly. Academy offers free assembly on grills with store pickup. Elsewhere, assembly may cost extra or be left to you, and a large pellet grill takes time to put together.
• Delivery. Big grills often ship by freight. Ask whether delivery is to the curb or to your door, and whether there is a charge.
• What is in the box. Covers, propane tanks, griddle lids and pellets are usually sold separately. Price them in when you compare.
• Warranty. Warranty terms differ by brand and by part, with burners, grates and electronics often covered for different periods. Read the warranty page for the exact model before you buy.
• Returns. A grill that has been assembled or used can be hard to return. Our Black Friday returns and price matching guide covers the big stores' rules.

Cyber Monday grill deals

Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November 2026. No grill maker or retailer had announced Cyber Monday grill offers by 1 November. Lowe's says its Cyber Deals are extended this year, and we will add any grill offers from Lowe's, Academy and the brands to this section as they are published. Every price on this page comes from the store's own website, read on 1 November 2026: Academy's Black Friday grills and smokers page, Lowe's holiday announcement, and the home pages of Blackstone, Pit Boss, Traeger, Z Grills, Camp Chef, Ooni, Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe, Char-Broil, Oklahoma Joe's and Hamilton Beach.
