Black Friday TV deals published so far

Black Friday TV deals for 2026 arrive store by store. Black Friday is Friday 27 November, and the big US electronics sellers have published their sale dates, but on 31 October only Costco had named TVs with prices. This page lists only the TV offers that stores have put on their own websites, with the date we read them. We add rows as Best Buy, Walmart, Target and others publish theirs, and we never fill a gap with last year's prices.

Costco's Black Friday page, read on 31 October 2026, shows warehouse prices and says prices on Costco.com may be higher. Its terms also say the savings cannot be combined with any other savings or promotion, and a Costco membership is needed. Costco says the Allstate bundle on these TVs gives 5 years of total coverage.

Best Buy, Walmart and Target had published their event dates but no Black Friday TV prices when we checked. Their offers go into the table once they appear on their own sites. For the full list of 2026 sale dates, see our guide to when Black Friday starts at each store.

When each store's TV deals start

TV deals run in waves. These are the dates each store has published for 2026, so you can plan when to compare prices:

Walmart+ members get early access to Walmart's hot Deal drops at 12:01 a.m. ET on 12 and 23 November, 24 hours before other shoppers. Best Buy says most of its Black Friday deals are both online and in store, with a small number in stores only.

TV deals by screen size

Pick the size first, then compare the same size across stores. A deal on a bigger set is only a deal if it fits the room, the wall or the stand you have.

50 and 55 inch TVs

Costco's TCL Q77L QLED comes in 50 and 55 inch sizes inside its $259.99 to $379.99 range, and its Sony BRAVIA 6 OLED starts at $999.99 for the 55 inch size, online only. These sizes suit bedrooms, kitchens and smaller living rooms, and they are where the cheapest Black Friday TVs usually sit.

65 inch TVs

65 inch has the most choice so far. At Costco there are three: the TCL Q77L QLED (also in the $259.99 to $379.99 range), the TCL QM6K Pro QD-Mini LED at $499.99 and the Sony BRAVIA 6 OLED, with the 55 and 65 inch models listed at $999.99 to $1,199.99. Those are three panel types at three price levels, so compare them by panel, not only by price.

75 and 85 inch TVs

No store had published a 75 or 85 inch Black Friday price on 31 October. Before you buy one, measure the wall or stand width, check the TV's weight and stand width in its spec sheet, and check the mounting pattern if it goes on the wall. We add 75 and 85 inch offers here as stores publish them.

98 and 100 inch TVs

Costco lists the Hisense QD7 Series 100 inch Hi-QLED at $999.99 from 27 to 30 November, limit 5. At this size, delivery matters as much as price: check that the box fits through your doors and stairs, and read the store's delivery and setup terms on the product page.

OLED, Mini LED, QLED and RGB LED: what the 2026 labels mean

Store listings use several screen labels. In plain terms:

• OLED: each pixel makes its own light, so the panel has no backlight. Sony's BRAVIA 6 at Costco is an OLED set.
• QLED: an LCD panel lit by an LED backlight, with a quantum dot layer for colour. TCL's Q77L is a QLED set. "Hi-QLED" is Hisense's own name for its quantum dot range.
• Mini LED: an LCD panel whose backlight uses many smaller LEDs, which can be dimmed in zones. "QD-Mini LED", as on TCL's QM6K Pro, joins quantum dots with a Mini LED backlight.
• RGB LED: Best Buy names RGB LED TVs among its new products this season. The name means a backlight made of red, green and blue LEDs.

These labels tell you how the screen is built, not how good one model is. Two TVs with the same label can differ a lot, so compare the exact model numbers and the maker's own spec sheets.

Specs to check before you buy a Black Friday TV

• Model year and series: Black Friday shelves mix this year's models with older ones. Search the full model number on the maker's site to see which series and year it is.
• Refresh rate: look for the native refresh rate in the spec sheet. Names such as "motion rate" are brand terms, not the panel's refresh rate.
• HDMI 2.1 ports: if you play on a current console or PC, check how many HDMI ports support 4K at 120 Hz.
• Smart platform: Google TV, Roku, Fire TV and the makers' own systems differ in apps and menus. Pick the one you already use on other devices.
• Protection plans: Costco includes an Allstate 3-year protection plan bundle on its listed TVs. Elsewhere, a plan is usually extra, so add its price before you compare.
• Audio: thin TVs have small speakers. If you plan to add a soundbar, count it in your budget (see the soundbar section below).

Price match and price drops during Black Friday week

Buying early can be safe if the store will match its own later price. The rules differ a lot:

• Best Buy: its Price Match Guarantee does not cover items marked as Black Friday pricing, or items on sale from the Thursday before Thanksgiving to the Monday after, which is 19 to 30 November 2026. Separately, its Holiday Price Match Guarantee matches Best Buy's own lower price through 15 January 2027 for most products bought from 30 October to 31 December. It does not cover other stores' prices or Marketplace items.
• Target: from 1 November 2026, if the price of an item you bought goes lower at Target on or before 24 December 2026, you can ask for a price match with proof of purchase. Only Target.com and Target store prices count, and clearance and refurbished items are excluded.
• Walmart: stores match the price of an identical item on Walmart.com, but not Walmart.com prices on special events such as Rollbacks, clearance, Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals. Walmart.com itself does not price match.
• Costco: if an item drops in price within 30 days of purchase, members can ask for a price match. For items with set promotion dates, the request must be made within both the promotion dates and 30 days of purchase.

Soundbars and projectors on sale

Costco has also published two soundbar offers for Black Friday week:

• Sonos Arc Ultra 9.1.4 soundbar bundle: $849.99 after $250 off, 19 to 30 November, with a $60 Apple or SiriusXM gift card, a $79 wall mount voucher and a coupon for 30% off Sonos accessories.
• TCL Q6CH 5.1 soundbar with wireless subwoofer: $199.99 after $100 off, 16 to 30 November.

No store we read had published a Black Friday projector price on 31 October. Costco's 90-day return window covers projectors as well as TVs.

How we check these TV deals

We read each store's own Black Friday page, newsroom and help pages from a US server, because some stores show other countries different prices. Every price on this page comes from those pages or from offers we checked on the store's site, with the date we read it: 31 October 2026 for this version. We do not test TVs and we do not give lab scores. We name the panel types and specs each store lists, so you can compare like with like.
