Adult Halloween Costumes on Sale 2026: Where to Save

Adult Halloween costume prices by store

These are the adult costume sections we read on 15 October 2026, with the prices each store showed before any code.

Sale, clearance and "select sizes on sale"

HalloweenCostumes.com and FUN.com often show a costume as "Select Sizes on Sale". The lower price then applies to some sizes only, so the price can change once you pick yours. The biggest reductions sit in clearance: up to 90% on select merchandise at HalloweenCostumes.com and up to 95% in FUN.com's clearance, while the first page of their adult sections showed labels up to 40% and 75%. At Halloween Express, 673 of the 1,182 men's costumes were marked on sale and 90 on clearance. Party City's adult costumes carry its costume sale until 19 October, with reductions of 10% to 30% already in the price.

Plus sizes

HalloweenCostumes.com has separate plus size sections for men and women. FUN.com lists plus size costumes, Halloween Express says it stocks plus size options for both men and women, Spirit Halloween has a Plus Size costume group (its Buccaneer Beauty Plus Size was $29.99), and The Halloween Spot sizes its adult costumes from small to 3X. None of the pages we read states the largest size, so check the size chart on each product.

Codes and how they combine

• HalloweenCostumes.com: 15% off a first order for email or text sign-up, or $10 off orders of $50 or more for students and for military families. Only one coupon applies per order, so on a $50 order the $10 saves more, and from about $67 the 15% does.
• FUN.com: 10% off a first order for email sign-up, but its discounts cannot be combined with other deals on the site, so it may not apply to a costume already on sale.
• Party City: one promotion per order, and its free ground shipping on $50 or more does not count sale, clearance or discounted items.
• Halloween Express: HEX49 for free economy shipping on $49 or more, one offer per order.
• Spirit Halloween: an adult licensed costume at $59.99 clears the $40 mark for TREAT26's free standard shipping on its own.

Order in time

For US delivery by Friday 30 October, HalloweenCostumes.com lists 22 October for Standard and 29 October for Premium shipping, and Party City lists 26 October for Ground and 29 October for Next Day, before 11am CDT. The Halloween Spot ships orders placed before 11:30am CST the same business day. Pickup and same-day options are in our last-minute Halloween costume guide.

Returns: what you can and cannot send back

• HalloweenCostumes.com and FUN.com: 30 days from the order date, new and unused; refunds lose 18%, store credit does not; wigs and makeup must be unopened.
• Party City: online orders within 14 days of delivery, tags on; Halloween items only up to 7 days before the holiday.
• Halloween Express: costumes only unopened, after approval, with a 15% restocking fee.
• The Halloween Spot: 30 days from the order date with a 15% restocking fee on refunds.
• Spirit Halloween: every store sale is final after 22 October.
