Halloween Express Sale 2026: Clearance and Killer Deals

The Halloween Express sale at a glance

Halloween Express, the Omaha-based Halloween retailer, runs several sale sections at once. We read them on 15 October 2026:

The "up to" figures are the best case, so look at the label on the item you want.

Costumes on sale

The costume sale lists 2,288 costumes but shows only the current price on the list, so open the product page to see the saving. Examples: a kids' value Spider-Man costume $11.08, a kids' value Darth Vader $13.78, a boys' battle-damaged Darth Vader $14.97, Baby Grogu $29.48 and an adults' Qualux Spider-Man Integrated Suit $82.99. Costumes can be returned only unopened, so check the size before you open the bag. Prices at other stores are in our kids and adult Halloween costume guides.

Inflatables and animated props: the oversized catch

Halloween Express says oversized items and items with extra delivery fees are not counted in the order subtotal, and that delivery fees are not covered by free-shipping offers. The 13 ft Reaper Archway inflatable, for example, is marked "Over Sized". Enter your ZIP code on the product page to see the estimated delivery, and check the final total at checkout. Animatronics and electrical items are returned through customer care, not online. Decorations from other stores are compared in our Halloween decoration deals guide.

Reading the price labels

• The percentage label compares the sale price with the "was" price shown next to it.
• "Starting at" is the price of the cheapest size or version; other sizes can cost more.
• Sections overlap: at least 12 Killer Deals items were also on the first page of Last Chance Clearance, and All Sale and Clearance includes both.

Shipping maths: HEX49 or paid shipping

The code HEX49 gives free Economy shipping on orders of $49 or more to the contiguous US and APO, FPO and DPO addresses, and only one offer can be used per order. Economy takes 5 to 7 business days after the order ships, Standard 3 to 5. Below $49, Standard shipping costs $6.99 on orders up to $25 and $9.99 from $25.01 to $50, so on a $40 basket an extra $9 item that you want anyway costs less than the shipping, but arrives more slowly. Halloween Express does not publish a Halloween order-by date; each product page gives an estimate for your ZIP code for orders placed by noon CST. Other stores' deadlines are in our last-minute Halloween guide.

What you cannot return

• Never returnable: wigs, beards, eyelashes, cosmetics, latex masks, prosthetics, fangs and fake teeth, undergarments, food and candy, and personalised items.
• Costumes, socks, stockings, shoes and boots: only unopened, through customer care.
• Everything else: ask within 30 days of the order. Customer service must approve the return first, and refunds exclude shipping and carry a 15% restocking fee.

Buy now or wait?

Halloween Express had published nothing about an after-Halloween sale or its date on 15 October 2026, so we do not predict one. If you need an item for 31 October, delivery time matters more than a possible later discount. Its store locator did not list any stores when we read it; its customer service number is 1-844-760-6691, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm CST.

Other stores on sale this week

Party City takes up to 30% off costumes until 19 October (see our Party City Halloween sale guide), Spirit Halloween's dates and codes are in our Spirit Halloween sale guide, and HalloweenCostumes.com's offers are on its store page.

How we checked this page

Prices, counts and rules come from the stores' own websites, read on 15 October 2026: Halloween Express's sale, clearance, Killer Deals, costume and decor sale sections, product pages, coupons, shipping, returns and store locator pages, read from our US server. Prices change daily and many reductions apply to some sizes only, so check the price at checkout. We did not test or buy these products.
